Our group investigates the molecular regulation of peripheral T cell activation, differentiation and effector function. One focus of our research is the control of gene expression on the posttranscriptional level. Here, we employ mouse models or primary cell culture systems to determine the physiologic impact as well as the molecular regulation of specific protein/mRNA and miRNA/mRNA interactions.
